Terms Of Service

Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older. Minors must have parental consent to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Any member that does try to sign-up more than once will have their account deleted. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing BestBux account. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your BestBux account and pressing the change information link. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your BestBux account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by BestBux be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up BestBux. You agree to receive emails from BestBux, no more than one/two per day.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and BestBux are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and BestBux. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of BestBux. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the BestBux program.

Limitation of Liability:
BestBux will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or BestBux program, even if BestBux has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, BestBux aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

- You may only have one account and please do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to simply do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.

-  Sending unsolicited mail to people, asking them to join BestBux without any prior contact with you is not only against our policy, but it is also illegal. We have ZERO tolerance against spamming and if we receive just ONE SINGLE complaint against you for spamming, we first verify that the spam incident did occur and then we delete all current funds in your account. If you are reported as spamming for a second time, we will verify the second incident and then take the necessary steps for terminating your account.

-  You may refer other people in your household but only ONE member PER computer.

-  We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future "wall of shame".

-  All payments are made via PayPal and no other payment method is being used at this time. You must manually request for payment to be processed and it will be issued within 10-45 business days for standard users and 1-20 business days for premium users. You must accumulate at least $5 before payment will be issued.

-  You must have a valid e-mail address and valid PayPal address to register with our program. All e-mail addresses are verified and the system will not let you join without validating at least your e-mail address first. A verification e-mail is sent to you upon registration.

-  You can see our current pay rate in our index or principal page.

-  You can refer an unlimited amount of people to join the program but you will only earn referral income those that you DIRECTLY refer.

-  Advertising fees are to be paid via PayPal only. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers and PayPal funds.

-  By joining BestBux, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.

-  You are not an employee of BestBux and you are not an independent contractor for BestBux. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or BestBux has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.

-  We have the right to change our terms of service at anytime without prior consent or notice. Latter notices will be posted via the BestBux stats area or e-mailed to you.
